Services available at the Reggio Emilia outreach

BVN enrolment, modifications and Zenith Bank account opening

Saturday's advertised services include BVN enrolment, corrections to BVN details such as name, phone number and date of birth, and Zenith Bank account opening.

For supporting-document preparation, see Liberty Digital's BVN support for Nigerians in Italy. The bank or authorised BVN operator determines eligibility, documentary proof and whether a correction can be completed.

NIN corrections for adults and minors, and child enrolment

NIN modifications are available to adults and children. New NIN enrolment is limited to children aged 0–17.

No new adult NIN registration will take place. If an adult does not yet have a NIN, this event should not be treated as a first-enrolment appointment. For guidance on matching existing identity details, read our NIN document-preparation support.

Nigerian passport services

Nigerian passport services are included among the outreach services. The event information available to us does not specify whether that means new applications, renewals, corrections, biometric appointments, collection or preparation assistance.

Ask the organisers exactly which passport requests they can handle and on which day. Do not pay for a journey on the assumption that every passport transaction is available.

For a separate overview of the official application steps and required records, visit Liberty Digital's Nigerian passport registration and renewal preparation guide. Passport issuance and official appointments remain under the relevant Nigerian authorities.

Documents to bring

The event notice lists:

• A valid Nigerian passport or national ID.
• Proof of your address in Italy.
• For a child's new NIN enrolment, the child's birth certificate.

Corrections or bank account opening may require additional supporting evidence. Confirm the exact list for your service before visiting and protect personal identification numbers and passport data.
